Thermal, structural and optical properties of Nd3+ ions in tellurite glass (TeO2-ZnO-Na2O-Li2O-Nb2O5) have been investigated. Differential thermal analysis revealed reasonably good forming tendency of the glass composition. FTIR spectra were used to analyze the functional groups present in the glass. Judd-Ofelt intensity parameters were derived from the absorption spectrum and used to calculate the radiative lifetime, branching ratio and stimulated emission cross-section of the 4F3/24I9/2, 11/2, 13/2 transitions. The quantum efficiency of the 4F3/2 level is comparable as well as higher than the typical value of the other tellurite based glasses. The decay from the 4F3/2 level is found to be single exponential for different concentrations of Nd3+ ions with a shortening of lifetime with increasing concentration. The experimental values of branching ratio and saturation intensity of 4F3/24I11/2 transition indicate the favourable lasing action with low threshold power.  相似文献

The contents of H-3 and C-14 in groundwater and surface waters around low and medium-level atomic waste repository site in Korea were determined. The concentrations of C-14 were in the range 0.186–0.287 Bq/L. The H-3 concentration of the groundwaters and surface waters were <0.06–5.75 and 1.22–4.74 Bq/L. The average H-3 contents of west, north and south direction were 1.18 ± 0.12, 1.11 ± 0.78 and 2.85 ± 2.66. H-3 and C-14 concentrations in the south direction were relatively higher than west and north direction samples. The surface waters sampled from catchment were four times higher than average H-3 concentration in precipitation. The concentrations of H-3 and C-14 within 5 km area samples were much higher than other samples.  相似文献

UV–vis absorption spectroscopy of uranium in LiCl–KCl eutectic salt at 773 K was studied for the on-site use in pyrochemical process. Uranium(III) chloride was electrochemically prepared from uranium metal in LiCl–KCl eutectic salt at 773 K by using chronopotentiometry. Three absorption peak positions were selected and calibrated for the quantitative analysis of uranium in the molten salt medium. The molar absorptivity and minimum detectable concentration for the selected wavelength were obtained with a confidence level of 99%.  相似文献

A simultaneous simple, rapid, and sensitive LC?CMS?CMS method was developed and validated for the determination of HM30181A, [2-(2-{4-[2-(6,7-dimethoxy-3,4-dihydro-1H-isoquinolin-2-yl)-ethyl]-phenyl}-2H-tetrazol-5-yl]-4,5-dimethoxy-phenyl]amide, as a P-glycoprotein inhibitor and its two metabolites, M1 and M2, in human plasma using docetaxel as an internal standard (IS). The analytes were extracted from 200???L of biological sample by liquid?Cliquid extraction using 1?mL of methyl-t-butyl ether. Chromatographic separation was carried on a Luna C8 column at 30???C with mobile phase consisting of distilled water with 0.1% formic acid and acetonitrile (75:25, v/v) at a flow rate of 0.7?mL?min?1 for human plasma samples. The method was linear over concentration ranges of 0.5?C50, 0.1?C10, and 0.1?C10?ng?mL?1 for HM30181A, M1, and M2, respectively, in human plasma. The values of coefficient variation for the assay precision were <12.5, <9.10, and <9.96% for HM30181A, M1, and M2, respectively, in human plasma. The values of accuracy were 93.0?C108, 94.7?C104%, and 95.7?C105% for HM30181A, M1, and M2, respectively, in human plasma. This method is simple, sensitive, and applicable for the pharmacokinetic studies of HM30181A and its metabolites in humans.  相似文献

Oxy-fluorination of carbon preforms with various F2:O2 gas mixtures were examined to improve the mechanical and thermal properties of carbon fiber-reinforced carbon composites (C/C composites). The oxy-fluorination of the preforms introduced functional groups onto the preform surface, which improved their thermal properties. Oxy-fluorination also improved the interfacial adhesion of the C/C composites, resulting in increased flexural strength and anti-oxidation. Two synergistic effects of oxy-fluorination on the carbon preform are suggested. One optimizes interfacial adhesion by forming hard chemical bonds and soft electrophilic bonds between the surface functional groups of the oxy-fluorinated carbon preforms and the functional groups of the carbon precursors. The other improves anti-oxidation of the C/C composites by improving the thermal properties of the carbon preform itself and interfacial adhesion which resulted in reducing pores, voids, and interfacial cracks.  相似文献

Synthesis of novel 4-unsubstituted dihydropyrimidines (DPs) was performed. Subsequently, a variety of 4-unsubstituted 1,4(3,4)-DPs with amino moieties at position-2 were obtained in excellent yields by activation of position-2 owing to regioselective alkoxycarbonylation at position-3 of the DP skeleton. 3-Oxo-2-phenyl-2,3,5,8-tetrahydro[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyrimidine was obtained using phenylhydrazine instead of amines. Individual tautomers of 1,4(3,4)-DP were observed in the 1H NMR spectra of one derivative depending on temperature and concentration. On the other hand, only 1,4-DP was found in the solid state by single-crystal X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Two‐photon microscopy (TPM) has become an indispensible tool in biology and medicine owing to the capability of imaging the intact tissue for a long period of time. To make it a versatile tool in biology, a variety of two‐photon probes for specific applications are needed. In this context, many research groups are developing two‐photon probes for various applications. In this Focus Review, we summarize recent results on model studies and selected examples of two‐photon probes that can detect intracellular free metal ions in live cells and tissues to provide a guideline for the design of useful two‐photon probes for various in vivo imaging applications.  相似文献

A series of Zn2+‐selective two‐photon fluorescent probes (AZnM1−AZnN) that had a wide range of dissociation constants (KdTP=8 nm‐ 12 μM ) were synthesized. These probes showed appreciable water solubility (>3 μM ), cell permeability, high photostability, pH insensitivity at pH>7, significant two‐photon action cross‐sections (86–110 GM) upon complexation with Zn2+, and can detect the Zn2+ ions in HeLa cells and in living tissue slices of rat hippocampal at a depth of >80 μm without mistargeting and photobleaching problems. These probes can potentially find application in the detection of various amounts of Zn2+ ions in live cells and intact tissues.  相似文献

The coordination properties of the novel conjugate towards copper ions were investigated. The performed studies exhibited the unusual binding properties of the ligand molecule having two potential strong coordination sites, namely dipeptidic chain and pyridyl nitrogens. On the basis of potentiometric and spectroscopic studies the binding at the low pH values to the aromatic entity is suggested, while the rise of pH (including physiological one) yielded the dimeric head-to-tail complex formation. This stable species possesses three nitrogen donors involved in Cu(II) chelation: N(pirydyl), NH2 and N(amide).  相似文献
